At Outfit of the Week, we want you to love every piece you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
